Return Policy
All orders are shipped – Signature released – no signature required. This means if no one is there to receive order from UPS, the driver will leave the order at the door. This signifies acceptance of the order (the same as a signature). We will email the tracking number when the order is shipped to help you monitor the delivery of your order.
All claims or product issues must be e-mailed to INFO@IWANTROMANIAN.COM within 24 hours of receipt of order. Anything submitted later is not the responsibility of IwantRomanian.
Please DO NOT throw away the products upon which you wish to make a claim. We will advise you in the event of a claim and we will not honor any claims if the food was thrown away.
